My best self (or at least, my best shot at being my best self)

I know that exercise, fresh air, and sunshine are three of the key ingredients to help me show up as the best version of myself. That’s why even when I don’t feel like it, I’ll lace up my running shoes and head outside. Now I can head home and get to my mahi with a clearer head, and I know I’ll be more patient with the kids when I pick them up too.
