It's almost the end of March. It's almost Easter. I know, I don't understand where the past three months have gone either.
I caught up with my unofficial Alignment Circle today and it nourished my soul so much. Even though you might not feel like you have moved significantly towards your goals just yet, I bet you have achieved more in the past three months than you think you have. And if you haven't, don't worry. If this is a season of pushing for you- there is still plenty more of the year ahead. If it's a season of rest or just getting through? Then that's OK too.
Wherever you're at, you might find these reflection prompts useful.
How was quarter one been for you?
Have there been any unexpected highs or lows?
How is your energy feeling after quarter one?
What have you learned in quarter one?
Remember, this includes what have you learned about yourself. Sometimes this is the most important work we can do, to get to understand ourselves better.
What were your top two or three priorities going into quarter one?
Do they still feel like priorities going into quarter two?
How has making those things a priority been?
What are some wins you want to celebrate?
It's so important to take time to stop and celebrate what we have achieved (or endured) whether big or small.
What's coming up?
Anything exciting?
Anything challenging?
What support do you need to flourish in quarter two?
Remember- you have friends, family, and all sorts of resources to tap into.
And of course, if you think I can be helpful, please hit me up!
Let me know how your first quarter has been. I love cheering you on:)
